Bramley Park Camping E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The Gift Card is not a credit or charge Gift Card.
Bramley Park Camping Gift Cards can be exchanged for services online at www.bramleyparkcamping.co.uk.
The balance on the Gift Card may be used for full or part payment of the GB pounds sterling cost of Bramley Park Camping services. To check your balance please contact us via email.
No change will be given but any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and may be applied to future purchases.
Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
Promotional offers may not apply to Gift Card purchases.
No VAT is charged when buying the Gift Card, but purchases paid for using the Gift Card are subject to VAT.
Keep the Gift Card safe and treat it as cash. We will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards or for any remaining balance on the Gift Card.
If you have made an Online payment with a Gift Card in whole or part the balance is non-refundable.
We may withdraw or cancel the Gift Card and require an alternative form of payment if we suspect that the Gift Card may have been stolen or fraudulently used. Further action may also be taken.
We reserve the right to amend or supplement these conditions or discontinue the Gift Card at any time.

Redemption of Gift Cards Online

To use a Gift Card in full or part payment for orders made Online:
When proceeding to checkout, select ‘promo/voucher code’’.
Enter the digit card number found on the attachment of your e-gift card email.
Select the ‘APPLY’ button to proceed with the payment.
If the value of the items purchased Online is less than the total value of the Gift Card, you can re-enter the same Gift Card details on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance on your Gift Card.
If the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance using additional Gift Cards , or a credit/debit card.











Detailed Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of digital Bramley Park Camping gift cards.

2. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the Bramley Park UK website or email (www.bramleyparkcamping.co.uk & bramleyparkcamping@gmail.com).

3. Bramley Park Camping reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Bramley Park Camping gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Bramley Park Camping gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Bramley Park Camping gift cards remain the property of Bramley Park Camping who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).

4. The value of your Bramley Park Camping gift card can be redeemed online only at www.bramleyparkcamping.co.uk

5. The gift card shall have a redemption period of 24 months from the date of issue.

6. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

Validity

7. Your Bramley Park Camping gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation (the date of dispatch of your order) following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

8. A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.

9. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of online booking.

10. Only one gift card may be used per online booking and not in conjunction with any other form of promotion.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

11. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following e-delivery. In cases where your Bramley Park Camping gift card is lost or stolen, Bramley Park Camping is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Bramley Park Camping cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Bramley Park Camping gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All Bramley Park Camping gift cards have a unique PIN number on the digital card which is required for online purchases. Bramley Park Camping cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the card number and/ or PIN have become known to another party.

12. If you have made an Online payment with a Gift Card in whole or part the balance is non-refundable.

Data Protection

13. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation.

Governing Law and jurisdiction

18. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
