  • Can I bring pets?

    Dogs are permitted for both camping and glamping. Other pets must have written permission from the campsite prior to arrival.

  • Can I have a fire?

    Yes, campfires are allowed. They are permitted in firepits, fires are strictly prohibited on open ground or unapproved areas. Firepits can be hired or you can bring your own if it is at least 20cm above ground.

  • Can I extend my stay?

    Prior to arriving this can be done via email. If you are on-site and would like to extend your stay, notify staff in person or by phone. Unauthorised extensions may result in a fine. All booking terms still apply, and guests must vacate by 11:00 AM on departure day.

  • How can I find Bramley Park Camping?

    The postcode is BN26 5PH. The campsite is located off Wannock Road, approximately half a mile from the Harvester Restaurant. Directions are available on Google Maps and we recommend using the Google Map pin point to find our main gate.

  • What are the guidelines for glamping bookings?

    A £100 refundable deposit is required for glamping bookings to cover damages. Smoking is not allowed in glamping units, and a £100 fine will be imposed for breaches. Guests must follow safety guidelines when using gas stoves or firepits.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the campsite cancels your booking.

  • What is the policy for arrivals and departures?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Late arrivals (After 8pm) without prior notice may be refused entry.

    Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and guests must leave the campsite clean and tidy.

  • What is the noise policy?

    Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Loud or offensive behaviour is prohibited, and amplified music or instruments are not allowed during these times or at the managers discretion. Failure to respect noise rules may result in termination of your stay without a refund.

  • Are there any age restrictions for booking a stay?

    Bookings are only accepted from individuals aged 18 or older. Minors must be supervised by an adult, who is responsible for their behaviour and safety.

  • Is alcohol allowed on the campsite?

    Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and must be consumed responsibly. Guests must follow UK laws, including not serving alcohol to minors or driving under the influence. Violations may result in removal from the campsite. As of 2025, we serve alcohol on-site.

  • What are the Terms and Conditions?

    By making a booking or visiting the campsite, you agree to comply with all rules and policies outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Guests are responsible for their safety and must report any hazards or unsafe conditions to staff. Terms and Conditions can be found on the 'Park Rules' page.

  • Do you have electrics?
    We do not offer electric pitches or points to our guests. Please bring car chargers/portable charges for your devices.
  • Do you allocate camping pitches?
    No, we don't allocate specific pitches to our guests. We operate a pitch where you like system where you are able to drive in and park next to your tent.
  • Do you allow big groups?
    Yes we do but if your group exceeds 6 people, please get in contact before booking so we can work out the best way to accommodate you.
  • Can I bring a generator?
    No, we do not permit the use of any generators due to the noise they produce.
  • Can I arrive on the day without a booking?
    Yes but it is strongly advised to book in advance as we get fully booked during high season (June-August). Arrival times are between 3pm and 8pm.
  • What time can I arrive?
    Check-in is from 3pm. Upon entering you will see our reception where you will go and check-in to collect your tent tags.
  • Do you allow trailer-tents?
    Yes.
  • Do you offer a refund policy?
    No we don't offer a refund policy, see out T&C's for further information.
  • Do you sell firepits and logs?
    Yes, we hire out firepits at £10 for your entire stay and we have bagged logs on-site for sale.
  • Do you allow dogs on-site?
    Yes! We love having dogs on-site but they must be kept on leads so that they do not disturb other guests.
  • Do you allow day visitors?
    Yes, we allow day visitors. Please contact us in advance regarding this and an entry fee of £5 per person applies.
  • Is there WIFI at the site?
    No, we do not currently have WIFI available for guests.
  • Can I get phone signal/4G on the site?
    Yes there is phone signal, however, it’s availability varies across networks.
  • Do you allow Campervans?
    Yes, we welcome Campervans to come and enjoy our site.
  • Do you allow Caravans?
    No, we have a no caravan policy in place at the site.
  • Do you allow Stag or Hen parties?
    We do not permit stag or hen parties to book through the campsite option. Although we do offer bookable stays via the events page.
  • Is there running water at the site?
    Yes, we have multiple drinking water points around the campsite.
  • Can we play music on site?
    We do not permit loud electronic or plugged in music at any time in order to respect our guests and neighbours.
  • Is there an on-site fridge?
    No, we are not currently offering fridge storage on site. However, this is coming soon.
  • How big are the camping pitches?
    We give customers the freedom to pitch wherever they desire. During busy times we allow 6 metres between pitches.
  • Can we drive our car up to our tent?
    Yes, we allow our glampers and campers to park next to their pitch.
